This is a simple Attribute Class and Extension class for Godot Mono that adds a Ready decorator. Simply use the appropriate PathMode to describe to the attribute how to search for child nodes, then use this.InitializeOnReady in your _Ready method and reflection handles the rest.
It was originally written for Godot 4.0 but should work in 3.x versions as well.
This code is given freely into the Public Domain.
